ReliefHeat Return & Refund Policy

All ReliefHeat products come with a limited manufacturer’s warranty for a period of 1 year after purchase against all defects due to material or workmanship. The manufacturer’s warranty does not cover cosmetic deterioration caused by wear and tear, or damage caused by accident, or misuse or use other than as intended and described in the product instruction manual.

In the case of a warranty claim, please email help@reliefheat.com to obtain an RMA number and receive additional instructions on the procedure to receive your replacement. 


Your ReliefHeat is eligible for return with refund within 30 days of purchase, for any reason. It must be functional and not damaged from the condition you received it in. Proof of purchase is required (email order confirmation is sufficient).

To initiate a return, please email help@reliefheat.com and we will provide a pre-paid return shipping label along with additional instructions to process the return. 

Once we receive your ReliefHeat, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your return.  If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment).

You will receive the credit within a 1-4 business days, depending on your card issuer's policies.
